By using this site, you agree to these terms of use. Oceanic Saunas reserves the right, at any time, to modify, alter, or update these terms of use, and you agree to be bound by such modifications, alterations, or updates on subsequent visits.
Order Acceptance and Processing
All orders are accepted when your credit/charge/debit card is processed. Any email or other acknowledgement of your order is merely to report that your request has been received and will be looked at, and does not in any way denote acceptance of your order regardless of any wording on the email.
Oceanic Saunas reserves the right, at any time prior to acceptance, to refuse any order or any part of an order, or to require further or better information to enable it to evaluate and/or process the order.
All specifications are approximate only and the seller shall have no liability in respect of any deviation there from.
The seller shall have no liability in the event of the goods infringing or being alleged to infringe the rights of any third party. In the event that the goods are or maybe the subject of third party rights, the seller shall be obliged to transfer any such title he has but without prejudice to the rights of a consumer for a remedy in the event of total or partial non-performance.
Cancellation of Orders
If you cancel your order you will be given a cancellation number. If you email a cancellation this number will be emailed to you. You must keep a record of this number. Orders are only cancelled once this number is provided and any claims that an order was cancelled will not be entertained unless a cancellation number can be quoted
Delivery of Goods
The delivery of goods to you is deemed to be a separate contract for services, distinct from your contract to purchase the goods.
Delivery may be effected in one or more instalments.
Changes to the delivery address made by the purchaser after the goods have been handed to the delivery company will incur an additional charge.
Delivery dates are approximate and no liability whatsoever is accepted in respect of late deliveries. Do not arrange for an installer to install the items until after they have been delivered and checked for damage.
If for any reason expected delivery will exceed 21 days from the date of receipt of order the customer will be informed and given the opportunity to cancel the order.
In certain circumstances where large bulky items are being ordered for delivery to very remote locations (such as Scottish Islands) there may be an additional carriage charge. If your order falls into this category then you will be notified of the extra cost and given the option of accepting the extra charge or cancelling your order.
Without prejudice to the statutory rights afforded to consumers under English law, Oceanic Saunas accepts no liability for any failure to ship products where this results from its inability to do so resulting from acts of god, civil commotion, riots, flood, draught, fire, legislation or other factors outside it's control, or its decision on reasonable grounds not to do so for reasons of suspicion of credit card fraud or similar, provided that it takes all reasonable steps to notify you within fourteen (14) days of order placement that products will not be shipped as ordered. In such cases Oceanic Saunas will not process any payment or will immediately refund any payment made, in full. It is your responsibility to ensure that you order from Oceanic Saunas with sufficient lead time to prevent any loss or disappointment resulting from such non-shipment.
Pricing Errors
In the event that there is a pricing error on the website then Oceanic Saunas will not be bound to honour any orders made at that price.
Disclaimers and Limitations on Oceanic Saunas Liability
Without prejudice to statutory rights afforded to purchasers of products, the information and materials contained in this site, including, without limitation, text, graphics and links, are provided on an "as is" basis with no warranty, and in particular, Oceanic Saunas does not represent or warrant that the information accessible via this site is accurate, complete or current, or that use of the site is free of risk of viruses or other damage. Price and availability information is subject to change without notice.
Products purchases from Oceanic Saunas and related services, which are provided by Oceanic Saunas, are warranted in accordance with law, and nothing herein is to be taken to exclude or restrict any rights, which applicable law grants to consumers in respect of such products or services. Individual products may be the subject of additional warranties or guarantees given by their manufacturers directly. Such warranties etc. are not enforceable against Oceanic Saunas but only against the person giving them.
Oceanic Saunas accepts liability for damage to property where and to the extent that it arises from the negligence of Oceanic Saunas or of its servants and agents, up to a limit, in relation to any one event or series of events arising from a common cause. Of one thousand pounds (£1,000).
Except as provide above there are no other warranties, conditions or other terms, express or implied, statutory or otherwise, and all such terms are hereby excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Oceanic Saunas accepts liability for any indirect or consequential loss if it arises from the negligence of Oceanic Saunas or of its servants and agents, up to a limit, in relation to any one event or series of events arising from a common cause, of ten thousand pounds (£10,000). Oceanic Saunas does not accept any liability for any other form of indirect or consequential loss.
Returns Policy - Returns Form, Returns Number & Faulty Goods
Returns must be made with a completed returns form. These can be obtained from the website if you cannot find one in the box with your delivery. You must email sales@oceanic-saunas.eu and request a returns number so that we know to expect your return. Any return that is received without a returns form and returns number will not be processed.
We will refund the cost of the goods any delivery charge and the cost of returning the goods to us. Your Statutory Rights are Not Affected.
Checking Goods for Damage and Notifying The Direct Group
You agree to open all boxes and thoroughly check the goods for damage or shortage on the day of delivery and notify us of any damage or shortage within 3 working days of the delivery. If we are not notified of damage or shortage within 3 working days we are unable to claim from either the manufacturer or the carrier. You agree to indemnify us in full for any losses we suffer as a result of your failure to notify us within 3 working days.
Returns Policy - Changed Your Mind
If you change your mind about the product when you receive it you can return it at any time within 7 days for a replacement of equivalent value or a credit against any item of higher value. If you cannot find anything that you would like to exchange the item for we will refund you for the item less the actual costs of delivery and collection and a 15% re-stocking charge.
Please note this is granted as an opportunity to inspect the goods and not a test period; goods for return must be new, unused and in the original packaging.
It is your responsibility to ensure that returned goods reach us in good condition. They should be well packed.
Guarantee
All products come with a minimum of 12 months guarantee, consumable items such as elements are not included within the guarantee.
Process Repair Under Guarantee :
In case of technical problem, first refer to the instruction manual.
Oceanic Saunas offers a technical phone service for faults and repairs, we do not send a engineer to you.
If you can not manage to find the problem, contact us (our mails and phone numbers are on www.oceanic-saunas.eu)
By phone, we will diagnose the problem. We may ask you to take picture of the wiring or parts. In case we have to send a spare part, please note it’s going to be sent by post and could take a week. We don’t send spare parts without diagnostic.
All the spare parts and repair are free if the product is still under guarantee (please refer to our web site to know the guarantee). In case we can not repair your machine by phone/mail/sending a spare part, we can collect your product. If we detect damage, we repair it and send it to you back. Free if still under guarantee. If we detect damage, we repair it and send it to you back. You’ll have to pay for collection, repair and send back in case you’re not under guarantee or if we detect the problem comes from a bad use of our products.
Oceanic Saunas does not pay any technician you might employ to do the work.
